Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 05 May, 2024

The ESL CREW – Online lessons with Aaron cancellation policy applies to all students for all online lessons and courses.

TECHNICAL:

In case of technical difficulties, we’ll attempt to reload the classroom or use backup platforms like ‘Google meet‘,   ‘Zoom, or ‘VooV Meeting’. Please DOWNLOAD these apps in advance. Contact us via WhatsApp immediately for assistance. If technical issues persist, missed class time will be rescheduled or extra time added to the end of the class time where possible.

SICKNESS:

Please notify us at least 1 hour before class if you’re unable to attend due to sickness. We’ll reschedule without charge.

Frequent last-minute cancellations may incur charges. If we’re unable to teach due to illness, you won’t be charged.

VACATIONS/HOLIDAYS:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a class due to vacations or holidays. We will reschedule without charge if sufficient notice is given.

Whenever possible, please inform us as early as possible to help us manage scheduling effectively.

Frequent last-minute cancellations may incur charges. If we are unable to teach due to our own holidays or vacations, you will not be charged.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR LESSON:

To cancel a lesson, email eslcrew.info@gmail.com OR contact Teacher Aaron via Whatsapp with “CANCELLATION” in the subject.

24 HOURS NOTICE OR MORE:

There will be no charge for lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. The student can request a full refund in this case or reschedule the lesson at the earliest possible convenience for both student and teacher. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the email refund-request confirmation.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE:

The lesson will be charged at full price and no refund or reschedule will be given.

LATE ARRIVAL/ABSENCE

If you’re late or absent without prior communication, the class will still be charged at full price. If more than 15 minutes late without contact, the class will automatically end, and full charges will apply.

We invest time in class preparation and scheduling, so advance notice (24 hours for rescheduling, 5 days for holidays) is essential to avoid fees. If we’re late, we’ll make up the missed time in future classes.
