Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

You can request a refund within 30 days of ordering without providing a reason.

To initiate a refund within 30 days, please send an email to us at eslcrew.info@gmail.com and include the receipt of payment received from our payment gateway (Stripe).

REFUNDS (if applicable):

Upon receiving your refund request, we will notify you via email regarding its approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed by our payment partner, Stripe, and credited back to the original payment method within a certain number of days.

  • Full refund: If you have not used any of the services.
  • Partial refund: If you have used some services, the refund will be based on the remaining unused services.

After 30 days, refunds will not be accepted for unused services. However, you may transfer any unused services to another individual.

Refunds will not be accepted for lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (refer to our cancellation policy below).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check the account used for payment. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
